 Return policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days for all items from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period has lapsed as mentioned above since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product is defective

- Product is not as described

- Product must be in original packaging

- Product must be unused

- Product must not be damaged

 

The cost of your return label, as well as a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any of the following conditions: 

- Buyer changes their mind

- No proof provided for damage or defective return claim

- Bought by mistake

- Accidental order

- Better price available

- No longer needed

- No longer wanted

- The item is returned more then 30 days past the return window

- “Item arrived too late” when the item was delivered within the Expected Delivery Window on your order page.

 

Additionally, if an item is returned in a condition other than that which was sent, the cost of your return label as well as 50% of your purchase may be withheld.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the afore mentioned proof of purchase, we shall not issue a refund but shall provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned. 

Shipping items

 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: Depending on the location of the customer we provide address where the item should be returned. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs regarding the items that you wish to return if you do not meet the refund criteria. The items should be returned to us by a trackable method and tracking number to be provided to process fast and efficient returns. You may use the cheapest possible shipping service. 

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

 

Start a Claim for lost & Damaged:

Lost items:

You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, mailbox specially in case of apartment buildings and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package, the sender or the intended receiver can initiate a claim.

Damaged items:

The receiver can initiate a claim on a damaged package, although we advise you to launch a claim with the carrier first and provide us with a claim number. This shall make the process easier and faster. 

The process to investigate a lost package or damaged claim takes an average of 10 business days. When reporting a damaged package, once all pertinent information and documentation are received, it generally takes 10 to 15 business days to complete a claims investigation, depending on the country. Extenuating circumstances, such as insufficient merchandise description or waiting times to receive additional supporting documentation (photos, video, or sales receipts) can extend these time frames.

 

KINDLY RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS PICTURES ARE REQUIRED.

Late Deliveries:

We offer 10% refund on total value of the order for any late delivery which is beyond the delivery time frame.

Claim Payments:

Claim payments are generally sent to the original payment method unless you would like to have them sent to the address on file with us. We offer EFT and interact transfers as well only under special circumstances and depending on the country of purchase.

Payments made vis PayPal shall be refunded via PayPal only.

Lofcart has multiple distribution centres across the globe, which allows us to deliver orders within the delivery time frames as promised.

For us delivery of an order is just not another order fulfilled but it is a promise fulfilled.

We have delivery arrangements with USPS, UPS, Canada Post, DHL Express, DPD, Royal Mail, DPEX, ARAMEX, PUROLATOR, FEDEX to meet the delivery schedules depending on the country. All packages shipped by us are insured and are trackable in case of eventuality. Please follow claim process to file a claim for non-delivery, damaged delivery or late delivery.

Handling time includes pick and ship, we generally ship items within 1-2 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within5 to 7 business days and excluding handling time.

Combined Shipping:

We offer combined shipping discount on purchase of items and shipping as well which is calculated at the time of check out and is based as per following matrix:

Combined Item Discount for standard shipping:

2 or more items: 5% off

3 to 5 items: 7% off

5 or more items: 10% off 

 

Expedited Combined Shipping Discount:

In addition of the discount applicable for multiple items, if an order is being shipped for expedited delivery an additional discount of 10% is calculated based on the combined weight of the order which applicable only if 2 or more items are purchased in a single order, even if it being shipped from multiple warehouses the discount is on us.

All duties and taxes are paid for packages being delivered with Canada, USA & UK.
